How Tasks Are Organised
Priority Levels
Each task carries a priority level that reflects its relative importance. High-priority tasks are those where completing them has a direct and immediate effect on business performance or client relationships. Medium-priority tasks matter but can be rescheduled without serious consequence. Low-priority tasks are worth doing but shouldn't displace higher-impact work. Priority levels are set by you and can be adjusted as circumstances change. The AI may also suggest priority adjustments based on your current system scores: if your Sales score is falling, sales-related tasks may be flagged for elevated priority.
AI-Generated Tasks
In addition to tasks you create yourself, Aseyi generates AI-recommended tasks based on your current system scores, active bottlenecks, and the recommendations produced by your coaching sessions. These are suggestions rather than mandates. You can accept, modify, or dismiss them. AI-generated tasks tend to address the gaps that are easiest to overlook: the system that hasn't received much attention lately, the follow-up that keeps getting pushed, or the process improvement that would have a meaningful operational impact but never feels urgent enough to prioritise.
Streak Tracking
Aseyi tracks how consistently you complete tasks over time, expressed as a streak. A streak measures consecutive days or weeks of task completion, creating a visible record of your consistency. Streaks build accountability without requiring external pressure. The visible record of a consistent period becomes a reason in itself to maintain the pattern. Streak data feeds into your Personal system score and is visible on your dashboard alongside your other performance metrics.
