What Are They?

Insights as a Category

Business Insights are AI-generated observations about your business that appear on your dashboard and, in some cases, are delivered via notification. They sit at the intersection of what your data shows and what that means in practice. An insight isn't advice about what to do next. It's an observation about what's actually happening and why it matters.

What Makes an Insight Different

An insight is specific, grounded in data, and meaningful in the context of your business. "Your Lead Generation score has declined for three consecutive weeks, coinciding with a reduction in your content output" is an insight. It connects two observable patterns and surfaces a relationship you might not have noticed. It's specific to your situation, not a generic observation. What it isn't is a recommendation. The insight gives you the information. What you do with it is a decision that involves context the platform may not fully see: your plans for the coming weeks, conversations you're having with clients, or strategic choices you've already made.

Insights vs Advice vs Forecasts

Each of these three features serves a distinct role. A forecast tells you where things are likely to go. Daily Advice suggests what to do about it today. An insight tells you what the data is showing right now, without prescribing a response. Understanding the distinction helps you engage with each feature in the way it was designed to be used.
