Acting on Findings
From Detection to Action
Bottlenecks and opportunities are most valuable when they generate specific actions rather than general awareness. The platform connects each one to recommended tasks, coaching prompts, and in some cases a suggested sequence of steps to address it. The intent is to move from "here is what's happening" to "here is what to do about it" as directly as possible. When a bottleneck or opportunity is surfaced, you'll see it in your Business Insights and on your dashboard. From there you can engage with it through the AI Coach for deeper analysis, or act on the recommended tasks directly.
Tracking Progress
Once you begin addressing a bottleneck or working toward an opportunity, the platform tracks whether your actions are moving the relevant system scores. This feedback loop is what distinguishes the detection from a simple notification. It doesn't just flag something and move on. It monitors whether what you're doing in response is working and adjusts its recommendations if it isn't.
When a Bottleneck Reappears
Some bottlenecks recur. A capacity constraint that was resolved by reducing commitments may reappear when the business grows and commitments increase again. A workflow bottleneck that was fixed by a process change may resurface if the process isn't maintained consistently. When the platform surfaces a bottleneck you've encountered before, the prior resolution is useful context: it tells you what worked last time and whether a similar approach is appropriate now.
