How Opportunities Are Found
Quick Wins
Quick wins are opportunities that can be captured with relatively low effort and that are likely to produce a meaningful improvement in a short timeframe. They're typically found in systems that are close to a scoring threshold, where a targeted effort could produce a visible result within days or weeks. The AI prioritises surfacing quick wins when your system scores are developing rather than critical. At this stage, a well-chosen quick win builds momentum and produces measurable progress without requiring a major change in strategy or resource allocation.
Strategic Opportunities
Strategic opportunities require more sustained effort and investment but produce more significant, lasting results. These are surfaced when the platform detects that a particular system or area of your business is positioned for a meaningful step-change given the right focus. Strategic opportunities are typically connected to your revenue forecast and your Business Health Score. They're the areas where sustained investment is most likely to shift your overall trajectory rather than simply improve an individual system in isolation.
How the AI Prioritises What to Surface
Not every bottleneck and opportunity the platform detects will be surfaced at the same time. The AI prioritises based on what's most consequential given your current system scores, your revenue trajectory, and the connections between systems. A bottleneck in Lead Generation when your Sales score is also declining and your revenue probability is below 60% will be surfaced more urgently than the same bottleneck when your pipeline is healthy and your other systems are strong. The priority reflects context, not just severity in isolation.
