How the Scoring Works

Six Systems, One Number

Each of the six systems is scored from 0 to 100 based on specific inputs tracked within that system. Those six scores combine into a single Business Health Score: a weighted composite that gives you one number summarising the overall state of your business.

The scoring is weighted, not equal. 70% of your Business Health Score comes from your system performance across all six areas. 30% comes from your revenue achievement against your annual goal. That split ensures the score reflects both operational momentum and financial results simultaneously, because a business can look operationally strong but be missing its revenue targets, or be hitting revenue targets while the underlying systems are quietly degrading.

Tasks Drive Performance

Tasks are the most direct driver of score movement. Every task in the platform is linked to one of the six systems. Completing a task contributes positively to that system's score. Incomplete or overdue tasks register as gaps.

Beyond tasks, each system has its own specific inputs: logged metrics, recorded outcomes, and tracked activities. The more consistently you feed the platform with real data, the more accurately your scores reflect what is actually happening across your business rather than what you think is happening.

The Onboarding Baseline

When you start with Aseyi, a structured onboarding assessment sets your initial scores across all six systems. The assessment captures your current state: your habits, your pipeline health, your content frequency, and your operational processes. These baseline scores are your starting point, not a standard to maintain.

From that point forward, scores move based on your actual logged activity, not your self-assessment. Most founders discover during onboarding that one or two systems are weaker than expected, because the assessment is specific in a way that general self-reflection rarely is.
