Business Health Score
Your Primary Performance Indicator
The Business Health Score is the headline metric of the Elite Performance OS. It's the first number you see on your dashboard, and it's designed to give you an immediate read on the state of your business: gaining ground, holding steady, or sliding.
Unlike revenue alone, the Business Health Score captures both what you've done and how you're positioned for what's next. A business generating strong revenue this month but neglecting its lead generation and content will score lower than one that is on a steady growth trajectory across all six systems. The score reflects momentum, not just results.
Score Ranges and What They Mean
Your Business Health Score falls into one of three bands, and each carries a specific implication for how to prioritise your attention.
- 0 to 49, critical state, multiple systems are underperforming and problems are compounding across the business
- 50 to 79, developing state, the business is functional but meaningful gaps are limiting growth potential
- 80 to 100, high performance, systems are working well together and the business has consistent forward momentum
Reading the Score Correctly
A single composite number tells you whether something is wrong. It doesn't tell you where to look. A Business Health Score of 65 could mean five systems are strong and one is failing, or all six are slightly below average. Those are very different situations requiring very different responses.
Use the Business Health Score as your triage signal. When it drops, open the individual system breakdown to identify which system drove the decline and why. The score points you to the problem. The system detail shows you what to fix.
